At NZXT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance gaming gear. If your hardware doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your NZXT account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Hardware
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure the product is protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
